Sisterhood of the Traveling Blog: Day One

I'm pleased to be hosting Tracey Steinbach on my blog today. Please give her a warm welcome as she answers the question: What character in your current works in progress are you most excited about letting your readers meet?

I have so many stories in my WIP folder, it’s hard to decide. I love all of them for one reason or another. I mean, they wouldn’t have a story if I didn’t have some attachment to them, right? I picked the characters from the two books that are likely to be finished before any of the others.

I’m excited for my readers to meet Tatyana. She’s feisty and stubborn, tough and beautiful. She has a smart mouth and isn’t afraid to use it.

And her hero, Eric, is awesome! He’s an FBI agent, who wants to use her for information and she wants no part of it. When all hell breaks loose, they are thrown into a different situation that could get them both killed.

Then there’s Jolene. She’s a waitress who is housesitting for extra money, she’s also human. A naked man shows up in the kitchen of the house. When she tries to help him, another man shows up and shoots him. What has she gotten herself into?

Ryker saved Jolene’s life but she doesn’t know that. He has hopes that she will chalk it up to a bad dream when she wakes the next morning. Can he get that lucky? He’s a shapeshifter and the man he killed was, too.
